Tertiary roads are indistinguishable from unclassified and residential until you zoom all the way in to zoom level 13.

They should be visible at a lower zoom level, at least 12 and possibly 11.

I'm also assuming this is a case of sparsely vs densely populated areas?

As someone who primarily maps in dense areas, I agree with the report and would like to see tertiary displayed at zoom levels 11 or 12.
