Upon [http://unicode.org/repos/cldr-tmp/trunk/diff/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#ar Unicode CLDR page for explanation of the plural keys] the Arabic language has 6 plural forms. but Arabic Translation for OSM website shows only 3 forms: zero, one and other.
Anyway, currently in OSM we use 5 forms for Arabic: zero, one, two, few and other. Please add this to OSM code.

I've found the same issue solved in Russian #2412 and Slovenian #2049

(In [19251]) Add pluralisation rules for Arabic. Closes #2592.
