waterway=ditch not rendered anymore #2603
Comments
Author: steve8[at]mdx.ac.uk Can you give a URL with some examples please? |
Author: steve8[at]mdx.ac.uk Think you might be mistaken. Don't think ditch has ever been rendered. Drain has. Will have a look at adding it if you give examples. |
Author: schuetzm[at]gmx.net Here are some: There could have been a default rule for all unknown waterway=* ways. |
Author: steve8[at]mdx.ac.uk Done and deployed |
Author: schuetzm[at]gmx.net Seems to have been reverted in this changeset: |
Author: Ebbe73 Only one line (line 446) in applications/rendering/mapnik/inc/layer-water.xml.inc has to be changed back: current: where waterway in ('weir','river','canal','derelict_canal','stream','drain') correct: where waterway in ('weir','river','canal','derelict_canal','stream','drain','ditch') That should be a very easy fix. |
Author: Ebbe73 Was fixed again by stevechilton in changeset 20927 (04/18/10 22:13:30): [http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/20927] Looks ok now. Thanks! |

Since some time, waterway=ditch is not rendered anymore. Although this is still a proposed feature, it is already used ca. 3500 times in Europe alone.
