Searching for
[http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/?q=Nthnitzer+Str.+40%2C+Dresden Nthnitzer Str. 40, Dresden]
finds the house number, while adding the postal code with country prefix
[http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/?q=Nthnitzer+Str.+40%2C+D-01187+Dresden Nthnitzer Str. 40, D-01187 Dresden]
find only the street.

And the following is not found at all, i.e. only using the postal code confuses Nominatim:
[http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/?q=Nthnitzer+Str.+40%2C+01187+Dresden Nthnitzer Str. 40, 01187 Dresden]

Expected: In all three cases the house number is found.
