The windows mobile (r20237) version of gosmore appears to drop the route quite frequently, particularly when the menu is bought up and closed again.
Applying the following patch fixes the problem, but I won't commit it in case there are some bad side-effects. FWIW, everything UI wise still appears to work for me with this patch.

I confirm that the current arm-mingw32ce-gosmore.exe (26/11/2010) is not really usable on
wince because the route is dropped frequently. This happens when switching from setting the
end of the route and then turning on "Follow GPSr) for example. And also when zooming in or out
by more than a couple of steps.
