Delete one node of a two-node way should remove the way too #2786

Create a way containing just two nodes. Select one of the end nodes and delete it. The line that previously joined the two nodes will still remain.

Similarly if you create a way with three nodes. Deleting two of the nodes will always leave a node with a line.
