== Names of islets rendered twice ==

Osmarender frequently renders names of islets (not islands) twice at zoom 17, one in normal blue font, the other huge and black, city style.[[BR]]
This happens when the islet has the tag natural=land. Example here:[[BR]]
Islets tagged natural=wood are named normally, for example:[[BR]]
At zoom level 16 or lower, the islet names do not show at all however tagged. It would be reasonable to give them the same level as hamlet, since many small islands in rivers are residential areas.[[BR]]
(It's no good retagging the islets as islands, because then they get named at city level in Mapnik, which is worse.)

Fixed the double rendering in z17. Note that place tags generally are meant to go on nodes, not ways. z17 is not picky about it, but higher lower zoomlevel ignore the place=islet tag if it is on a way.
