opencyclemap does not render

"highway = residential" with "cycleway = track"

do you render "highway = residential" with "cycleway: (left | right) = lane" ?

This covers the same topics as the following two tickets

The only lane markings rendered are highway=* cycleway=(lane | opposite_lane). Support for other options will come in the future.
