You haven't attached anything but I just tested the osm website in russian. Both the rails port and potlatch work. Closing as invalid, please reopen it (with more specific complains) if the issue persists.

I tryed Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP and Vista on different coputers an it was the same resuts.

Mozilla work OK. IE7-OK too. Problem only WinXP+IE8 and Vista+IE8

Problem is gone after reseting settings of IE8.
