Have a look at the appended screenshot:
(it is from a village "Handorf" in the North of Germany, near Hamburg and Lneburg, see coordinates)
Coming from south (B404) and destination is in the west at "Bundesstrae" ... at point A gosmore is taking this sharp angle or even a U-turn. In reality, this is not possible an not allowed.
So routing has actually to over point B.
(Beware: both Bundestrae and B404 are national roads with one lane per direction and NO oneway-tagging in the OSM data! They are not crossing directly because of the bridge.)
How can we improve gosmore's routing?
(How does for example gpsmid or traveling salesman solve this routing?)
