Author: sebastic With Merkaartor development moved to [https://github.com/openstreetmap/merkaartor GitHub], this issue and the other [https://trac.openstreetmap.org/query?status=!closed&component=merkaartor outstanding merkaartor issues] should probably be moved to [https://github.com/openstreetmap/merkaartor/issues GitHub issues] as well. Any thoughts? |

When I click on "Download more", I get a dialog that blocks UI
interaction. This should be changed to a status bar message so that it
doesn't block UI interaction. When the download completes the map and UI
elements should be automatically updated.
