If i enter my street and city, osm does not found the street position exactly. the GeoNames search found nothing, but if i enter the address manually at GeoNames it found it (exact match).
Maybe the GeoNames search inside the osm is broken?
Test address (in Germany): 'Halberstdter Strae 1, Derenburg'

No it is not possible to use the google geocoder - the terms of use require that you display the result on a google map I believe. Anyway, the whole point is to showcase our data! Geonames is really there because historically we didn't have enough data but we could probably get rid of it now.
To get back to the point, not finding the exact position isn't a bug - it probably just means nobody has put in the necessary data yet! It looks like we're finding the right street, so it probably just means that nobody has entered house number data for that street yet - if you want to help then go and add it.
