[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 7.02am, Tuesday, 27th April 2010]

If I split a way that's part of the relation, upload my changes, then continue editing, the next time I try to upload changes that affect the same relation, I get

There was an error uploading this request (409)
"Version mismatch: Provided 156, server had: 157 of Relation 166487"
Please redownload the problematic feature to handle the conflict.

There doesn't seem to be a way to redownload the relation and resolve the conflict - which shouldn't even be there because I was the one doing the previous edit.
