Render forest areas from zoom level 5 onwards. Forests currently render from zoom level 9.
The forest areas, help fill in blank gaps in the canvas and make the map look prettier, also helps to figure out which areas of a country are more forested. Right now this is impossible to do for large countries like China and India, so you really have to zoom in and look around if youre searching for a particular area.

There is a technical reason forests and other large scale landuse areas aren't drawn at these low zooms: rendering time and memory usage increases for each lower zoom level. This is not to be underestimated.
