Choosing the Zoom option for a Map layer with a TMS loaded causes Merkaartor to crash.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load some data
  2. Assign a TMS to a map layer
  3. Right-click on the map layer (or choose it from the Layers menu) and click Zoom
  4. Merkaartor segfaults

It doesn't happen if you have the TMS assigned to the layer, but no data loaded.

Confirmed on 0.16.0 on Windows, and Git latest on Linux.

I have Qt Creator running on Linux if you need more info, but I've been using it for a total of one day so far, so I may need pointing in the right direction. It's also a pretty minor bug.
