Description

Hello,

I wrote a small tool that updates street details for existent GPS coordinates in a MySQL database.

For testing purposes I didn't insert a proper delay (greater than 1 second) between the requests made to the Nominatim server and so I found myself today with an "IP has been blocked" warning...

If I increse my application's refresh interval to 30-60 seconds may I still call the Nominam webservice? (which is pretty awsome and useful, by the way!)

Thanks. Cristi

Hi again,

the blocked IP address is: 94.52.86.22 (http://campina-poi.no-ip.info/),

I modified my software to include in UserAgent? my e-mail address (hope it works!) and I set the refresh interval to 30 seconds.

Thanks for the prompt answer! Cheers. Cristi
