[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 12.59pm, Friday, 18th June 2010]

Currently, a road which is oneway for cars but not for cycles (cycleway=opposite_lane|opposite_track|opposite) is represented as oneway. The bicycle can go both way, but that info does not appear on mapnik (contrary from Osmanderer).
Rendering this could be possible with a different arrow (color for instance)

I think this is too specific for a generic purpose map. Cyclists can use opencyclemap. I will therefore close this issue as wontfix.
