When two (or more) administrative ways share a border the displayed names should not cover the border. Instead each should be inside the polygon on its own side.

When two (or more) administrative ways share a border the displayed names should not cover the border. Instead each should be inside the polygon on its own side.

A better method that would visually show the proper relationship would be:

This example is a state border, but it occurs at all shared administrative borders.
