Ways marked as natural=water are showing up as grey outlines, though reservoirs seem to get rendered in blue.

Here are some lakes (and also a public building with a similar problem):

I suggest rendering natural=water areas in the same colour as rivers at all zoom levels.

natural=water rendering should be same as resevoir, I think. Attaching a patch for that.

Merged a natural=water rule to osm.xml and quotes around "natural" in SQL. Seems to work with latest osm2pgsql.c import (which has "natural" column support).
