Yes, I have seen the same thing with different labels which extend across tile borders. They are rendered on the tile which holds the center of the label but the part which extends onto the neighboring ones is not rendered.
This seems to occur mostly with collisions in which the centers of the colliding labels are on different tiles: both labels are rendered but truncated at the tile border.
It does not seem to be an update issue (one tile updated, the adjacent one not) as the error seems to persist even when both tiles are re-rendered.
