Osmarender has problems with the korean way of tagging "place=town" #3238

In South Korea they use place=town for what we would use place=subburb in Germany, I have no Idea why, but the result is, that at zoom-level 12,13,14 it is impossible to use osmarender maps for south korean town. S. for example Seoul:
