Comments
Author: rickmastfan67 Maybe you could just put the proposed roads as layer=-1? Just a thought. |

Was a failed attempt at sarcasm. ;) |
Author: NE2 After a dustup a couple months ago where people were tagging ground-level waterways as layer=-1, I can't be sure how people are abusing layer tags. |

I know what you mean. I've found a few roads that people have added the layer=* tag to where it wasn't needed at all because it was the only highway in that area (that weren't bridges as that's a different story IMO). I've also seen people add the layer tags to highway exit numbers. But I think that might be because of a problem with "Osmarender" because it seems to render the exit #'s under a bridge if one is present.. I really think I should do a bug report on that in a few. |
Author: math1985 This issue is now also being discussed on Github: Therefore, I will close the issue here. |

It would be better to have the motorway_links above the proposed roads.
