In france, one thenth of all post codes start with a leading "0". This seems to cause problems for Nominatim. For example, a search for
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search/fr/yzeure
returns a correct answer, while
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search/fr/03400/yzeure
does not yield any result. However, chopping the leading zero
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search/fr/3400/yzeure
returns the correct result again.

Seems to be fixed with new Nominatim version 2.
