This request is unlikely to be fulfilled for several reasons:
I (Brett) have limited time to implement new features.
There is minimal demand for Oracle support.
Oracle is not free software and therefore not an ideal target for Osmosis support.
The best way to get this done is to implement it yourself, or if that isn't possible to convince somebody else to do it. I'm more than happy to discuss further on the osmosis-dev mailing list.

Oracle has some really nice tools for monitoring and tuning. Would rather use them over mysql or postgresql.
