#3286 closed enhancement (fixed)

Website OpenLayers layerpicker use better understandable names for the layers

Description

The main OpenStreetMap website map offers four map types: ”Mapnik”, “Osmarender”, “Cycle Map”, “No Name”. In my view, only one of these names, “Cycle Map”, will be intelligible to the average user.

Changing them is easy - coming up with better alternatives is the hard thing! So far nobody has ever managed to come up with anything.

The NoName? layer was removed a while ago and recently Osmarender was removed and Mapnik was renamed to "Standard" which hopefully resolves this.
