bridge=viaduct needs to be rendered like bridge=yes on railway #3311

I can see that the example given, with railway=rail now renders as desired. But it still does not render for railway=abandoned. See http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/104653531.

I think that it should do so for all values of railway=.

For comparison, the combination railway=abandoned;bridge=yes does render as a bridge. See http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/27701461.

(Don't know if it is preferred to reopen or to create a new defect. Sorry if I made the wrong choice.)
