Rendering bridges along "highway=construction"

Description

Can we please have bridges rendered along highways/railroads (of any type) that also have the tag of "highway=construction"?

Example of a highway bridge (goes over the Railroad tracks) along an under-construction motorway: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.82282&lon=-86.897922&zoom=18&layers=M&way=83483999

If you didn't know there was a bridge there, you would never know unless the bridge was rendered (or you turned on the data overlay).

Does this look like it's fixed to you?

The example in the original post can't count anymore as that highway has been officially opened and as such, the 'highway=construction' tags have been removed.

I think we can move this over to the 'openstreetmap-carto' #398. (Would have been nice to been given the link to the github depository when the was marked as 'fixed' the first time.)

I personally think this should be done, as when you're adding new major highways that go over lower priority roads, it'd be nice to have the bridges rendered so you know it's not a tunnel possibly being built.

Yes, I agree it should be changed (but then again, there are still about 400 other issues of which I also agree that they should be changed :)).
