Author: Robert Whittaker I'm having the same problem. shift-click normally works fine, but sometimes causes this bug. Whatever was selected at the time seem to remain selected (though un-highlighted in the main map window) and it's then impossible to change the selection by clicking in the window. |

Author: olau[at]hardworking.dk After many tries, I've finally found out how to reproduce the problem. Click somewhere empty on the map (so you start drawing a way), hit delete to cancel the drawing. Then hover over a way so it is highlighted, hold down shift and click on the way two times. Now the editor is borked. It's a really annoying bug. Hope you can get it fixed soon. :) |

Author: Richard Excellent - thank you for the steps to reproduce. It was a problem when deleting a single node in a way with Delete (I always use Escape so hadn't noticed :) ). Fixed in the latest svn build, not deployed yet. There are still a few edge cases where something similar might occur but hopefully much rarer. |

Sometimes when shift-clicking a way (to add a node) Potlatch suddenly stops being able to select objects. All other functions remain operational. Only way I have found to clear this condition is to save, exit and reenter editor.
