Railway stations are rendered below railway. See http://labs.metacarta.com/osm/?lat=6133639.56091&lon=1222553.12663&zoom=16&layers=B for an example.

Also the name should probably be rendered a few zoom levels further out, similar to the zoom level at which church names first render. A better example of where this should happen can be seen here:
http://labs.metacarta.com/osm/?lat=6669607.3876&lon=-23802.2597&zoom=14&layers=B00

The names of Putney station and East Putney tube station don't appear until zoom level 15. I think they should be present at zoom level 14, and possibly 13 too (although at a lower priority).

This has been fixed so far as I can see.
