The menu to choose the editor, seen on mouse hover over the edit tab seems to be behind the flash object in Chrome.
The menu is visible over the slippy map in Chrome (8.0.552) and Chromium (in Linux), but it appears to be hidden under the flash editor, potlatch 1 and 2. Firefox 3.6.12 works fine.

Apparently that's just the way it is in chrome - flash objects are on top of everything and no amount of changing the z-index of things will help.
So there isn't much I can do about this. Fortunately it doesn't matter too much as if you're already in the editor you're not normally interested in using the edit link.
