If it helps eliminate the browser, I get the same on Windows 7 and Opera 10.63, and when the editor first launches get a similar error listed below (in case the ones where I move the screen are related to this initial one - all displayed in the Flash Debug plugin dialogs):

Aha. And I don't seem to get it when there is actually a mapdust bug on screen (just found one south of the above area - follow the proposed route of new way to the south to find it).
