I saw that there were correction of the UTF-8 problems but there is still the same but differently now instead of showing on the map strange symboles it shows rectangles.

There is a problem on rendering arabic names, check it below:

If you click on the street name on the right list " " it will show the correct arabic word <word_in_arabic> </word_in_arabic>.
