I use a Garmin Oregon 550 for logging tracks and to make pictures about the surrounding area I want to map at home. After that I upload those geotagged photos to a webserver and create a KML-file with information which could be used/imported by Potlatch1. In this way, I have always visual information from the area which I'm mapping at that moment. (Very useful for adding correct attributes etc.)

It would be very nice if Potlatch2 could also support photomapping with these KML-files.
