Although I grant you the information is available from the http headers,
it'd be just dandy to have the lastest update time included within both
those files. Also mention the update frequency (which currentlist does,
but stats does not).

Also, your stats page has the number of missing codes. Could it include
how many you've captured also? IIRC it's not the case that there are
always 10.
