If there was a similar Ticket please ignore this, but i can't find one.

On zoomlevel 13 you have to task your eyes to have an overview over the road-net in bigger cities or detailed mapped places.
eg: [1]

I would like you to hide buildings and footways at this zoomlevel.

may be reduce the opacity or stroke-width?

if i show the map to someone who is familiar with the area, he has to search very long to recognize the searched street.

I think buildings are not a major problem, especially not if we render them lighter (which we plan to do).
