The name "Lillevang" and "Tingstedet", with short ways and many turns, the names is rendered where the road bend.

If you zoom more in http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=55.710976&lon=9.116094&zoom=18&layers=M then you can see the names.

I am afraid that is a mapnik artefact which stylesheet can't change
