The red bars at the end of ways where the node is tagged noexit=yes, indicating a cul-de-sac, are rendered at a seemingly random angle instead of being perpendicular to the way.

This is a fairly recent regression, as I still have plenty of correctly-rendered bitmaps in my cache.
