This is a double carriage way with seperate cyclepaths at both sides. While the roads are just single gray lines, the cyclepaths themselves are heavy dashed blue lines.

1. On those levels just a single fine blue dashed line would be enough.
2. On further zoom levels (<17) in addition to the blue lines, cyclepaths also have a gray surrounding road which is unnecessary and makes them again seem more important than normal roads.
