Here in switzerland there are a lot of narrow gauged railway's, but mapnik renders only bridge=viaduct and not bridge=yes for this kind of railways. Look at Chur: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=46.8571&lon=9.52922&zoom=16&layers=M
