[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 2.26pm, Saturday, 2nd April 2011]

On the loading screen, the loading thermometer graphic seems to get to 100% sometimes perhaps 5-10 seconds before it actually loads, giving an unsettling feeling of it having crashed.

Can this be tweaked to give more confidence to the user?
