I'm seeing the following error on login on a local rails port install. Not sure if it's an issue with my install, or something more general...

uninitialized constant UserController::REQUIRE_TERMS_SEEN

Yes, it means you haven't updated your config/application.yml with the new setting Matt added yesterday - it's in the example one.
