[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 2.44am, Saturday, 30th April 2011]

A search for "fukuoka-ken" returns "Jabal Deir Qais, Lebanon"
http://open.mapquestapi.com/nominatim/v1/details.php?place_id=5783013
as the first object.

As far as I can see, this object has no data attached to it that could possibly match with "fukuoka-ken", so should not appear in the search response at all.
