[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 7.01am, Thursday, 5th May 2011]

There once was an error in the map, with improperly tagged node. It was tagged with place=region so it extends not in nearest neighborhood but to large extends of the country. I changed it to place=locality some days ago, but this node is still indexed as region, and appended to addresses in several surrounding regions.

[Added to the original trac issue at 12.30pm, Thursday, 5th May 2011]

Fixed the database and the bug that caused it so it shouldn't happen again.
