Download map tiles of appropriate resolution from yahoo - currently the images (all highest res yahoo aerial images) are much larger than needed for anything but the most zoomed in work. If yahoo doesn't have street level images then images are not accessible at all.

If no high-detail tiles are available they should be able to zoom out and use. If user zooms out they should expect reasonable download times and the app not to crash.

Plus/minus (or low/hi toggle) resolution buttons could also be added, to afford ppl some control of which tile level to use independent of zoom level.
