[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 4.59pm, Thursday, 26th May 2011]

On the OSM main search field, enter "Heimsheim" (a city in Germany). The result is:

"Verwaltungsgrenze Heimsheim, Landkreis Esslingen, Regierungsbezirk Karlsruhe, Baden-Wrttemberg, 71296, Deutschland"

This is wrong, Heimsheim is located in the "Enzkreis", not the "Landkreis Esslingen" (cf. Wikipedia).

Most likely a data problem. Issue seems to have resolved itself since proper district boundaries are available.
