changeset doesn't show up on user's changesets if "bounding box" isn't there

Description

Just noticed this. If somebody makes an edit that doesn't store a "bounding box", it will not show up on their changesets list.

Here's an example:

NE2 did a tweak of a "super" relation that only has relations in it. When he did it, it didn't show up on his changeset list.

Here's said edit: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/8473084

And if you go to his edit's page, you don't see the edit listed there: http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/NE2/edits

I think all edits should show up on a user's Changeset's page as long as there is something changed in it, even if no "bounding box" is stored with said changeset.
