often there are ways that are shared between pedestrians and cyclists. in such a case people may walk in both directions, but bicycles can only go in one. such scenarios are normally tagged with highway=footway/cycleway/path + foot=designated + bicycle=designated + bicycle:oneway=yes.
currently the map only shows direction arrows if the main oneway key is set to yes. it should also be drawn if there is an bicycle:oneway=yes regardless of the oneway key, since that is an valuable information for the cyclemap.

As of 2018, oneway:bicycle has become the common tag to map this situation, with 75000 uses compared to bicycle:oneway's 500 uses. So this issue should probably be closed in favour of issue #5464.
