mapnik doesn't render bridges & tunnels on preserved and disused railways

Probably same kind of fault as http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/2767

Yes, it would be a great thing to render bridges and tunnels on preserved lines, as e. g. here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/124542654
(it's an old, rebuilt for tourism railway line basically consisting of bridges and tunnels which are unfortunately not rendered in Mapnik. Would be great to have that! Thx!!!

The problem for bridges has been solved in 3dcb5db692c9ecabf5a4ac273e722403f00c636d.

The problem for tunnels is still open.
