Don't fade-in background tiles

Description

This editor is very slow. Especially on a bit aged (4-5 years) computer.

The "fade" effect of Bing background is quite annoying, because I see the editor scrolling, drawing, working very slow, and still, there is a delay-effect in fading in all the tiles one by one. Taking CPU, taking large amount of my time, instead focusing on work.

Just hit the downloaded tile to the face of the user please, no fade-in effect. :-) (I am sure nobody will tell you next time "this is not fancy enough!".)

Thanks!

What OS are you using?

Do you have the 'Sharpen' effect on?

Just wanted to add an big +1 for this ticket. Using an somewhat aged computer with P2 is quite annoying, however removing the use of UpFade?() in TileSet?.as makes it a much nicer experience. I also had issues on a newer computer with fading in background tiles while using the latest 64bit flash release (11.0r1) with Firefox 6.0.2 on Ubuntu 11.04. Turning of the fading made P2 a lot more "snappy".

(FYI: Not using either 'sharpen' nor 'dim'.)
