Some recent changes on the OSM database I made in northeastern Brazil which already were rendered and displayed online in Mapnik at zoomlevel 17 and 18 some days ago now disappeared. At this time, they were substituted by renderings which are at least one week old. Meanwhile, the recent changes are shown in the mapnik zoomlevels 16 to 13 and on osmarender. Overlaying the OSM data at z17 and 18 shows that the OSM database is up to date, but without mapnik rendering. What happened? Will there be a new rendering?

OSM isn't rendering fresh tiles this weekend, due to maintenance. What you are seeing are tiles from a static cache. It's likely your zoom levels 17/18 were copied over before they were re-rendered on the main server. If you wait a day or so, until the maintenance has finished, this will resolve itself.
